Trial postponed again in Hotchalk-LCMS lawsuit
Trial in the $302 million lawsuit against the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod over the closure of Concordia University Portland has been delayed again until the fall of 2025. The court issued a final case management order identifying September 22 as the first trial date. Depositions should conclude by the end of 2024.
